Book on alternative medicines

Medicines that the doctors prescribe normally have many side effects so alternative medicines are supposed to do a similar thing without the side effects.

I read another good book before my big surgery called “The Biblical Guide to Alternative Medicine” which is a very good no-nonsense look at how the Bible views alternative medicine as when compared to what the Bible talks about.

Dr. Michael Jacobson puts out a monthly newsletter called “Vital Signs” which is good to read if you like health information (which you most likely do, since you are reading this now).
