Oprah works out five days a week, spending 30 minutes on the threadmill and doing free weights.

She is the academy award winning actress from “Shakespeare In Love”
Gwyneth follows an eating plan similar to Oprah’s, avoiding the “whitey’s”, like white sugar and white flour.

6. Claudia Schiffer
She is a mother of 3 (at the time of this writing) and German supermodel who eats salad and steamed vegetables for dinner, and eats only fruits before the afternoon.
When she is on a shoot at a location,
she consumes black grapes and drinks tomato juice and herbal tea.
7. Christie Brinkley
Christie has been an actor and a supermodel for many years. She maintains her looks by eating a vegetarian diet. She does not keep junk foods of any kind inside her home to make sure that she does not eat them when cravings occur.

place of candy bars, and she takes on a liquid juice diet when she needs to drop pounds in a hurry.
