Coffee Consumption Health

Personally, I drink one mug of coffee in the morning. I know people who drink it all day. I don’t think that’s good, but, as the video implies below, there is something to be said of coffee consumption health. All things should be done in moderation. Moderation and not excess.

If you’re a coffee drinker you probably maintain the thought in the back of your head, “Is it safe for me to drink this”. You may use coffee as your morning “pick me up”. Well take a look at this video regarding the health benefits of coffee.

As referenced in the video, coffee is a good anti aging substance, and decreases your chances for:

  • Alzheimers
  • Parkinsons
  • Liver and Ovarian Cancer

It makes you mentally sharper and increases your aerobic activity (since you’ll have to run to the bathroom more often).

Dr. Michael Rozien talks about this in his book. You can get it from Amazon:

Here are the 4 side effects the doctor referenced in the video:

  1. headaches
  2. abnormal heart rythms
  3. gastric upset
  4. anxiety

According to the doctor, the 2 health substances found in coffee are the:

  1. caffeine
  2. polyphenols

What else can keep you young?

Dr. Rozien says:

Take 1000 IU/day of Vitamin D

    This decreases risk of

  1. cancers
  2. type 2 diabetes
  3. immune dysfunction
  4. flu

Vitamin D will turn on your “proof reader” gene. AKA the P53 gene. Every cell contains this P53 gene. This gene reads the other genes and if there is a “typographical error” the gene will cause the cell to commit suicide. The vitamin that causes this activation is Vitamin D.
Vitamin D is like a light switch for the gene, turning it on or off.

Many are pro coffee, and for coffee consumption health, and others are anti-coffee. Maybe this will influence your decision.

You should put 2 drops of Agarigold in your coffee to counter act the acidic effect of the coffee that’s being delivered to your body.
